How the marketplace fee works
It’s $0 to start. Work&Pay only takes a fee when a job is paid through the platform: 10% standard, or just 5% for Worker Pro members. No job, no fee — the fee comes out of the job payment, not on top of your subscription.
Example: a $2,400 job paid through Work&Pay = $240 fee at 10% ($2,160 to the worker), or $120 fee at 5% on Worker Pro ($2,280 to the worker).
